Do I need new phone equipment?

No. ShopLine works with your existing number. Your phone rings first; we forward only the unanswered calls to the voice agent — no hardware, no installs.

How fast can my shop be live?

Most shops are fully set up within a few days of the kickoff call, including the website and CRM.

Is there a contract?

Month-to-month has no contract — cancel anytime. The 6- and 12-month plans are paid in full upfront at a lower rate; you agree to a short Service Agreement at checkout.
