What happens if I go over my included call minutes?
You're charged a per-minute overage rate: $1.09/minute on the Starter plan, $0.79/minute on Professional. Enterprise has a custom rate.

Scale Packages include an unlimited Voice Agent, so overage minutes don't apply to those packages.
