Every Voice Agent plan (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise) starts with a $1 first month. After that, you pick a billing cycle:

1. Monthly
2. Yearly (billed once a year, at a lower monthly rate)

Scale Packages (Starter Scale, Growth Scale, Full Scale) are month to month only, there's no multi-month commitment option for those.

Across every plan, you can cancel anytime before your plan renews. The pricing page's own FAQ confirms the same for the $1 trial specifically: "You get full access to the Voice Agent for $1 for your first month. You pick how you want to continue, monthly or yearly, and it starts on that plan after the trial. Cancel anytime before it renews."
