Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, voice-agent service, dashboard, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by ShopLine, a service operated by AVM Enterprises LLC (“ShopLine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

ShopLine provides a missed-call voice agent for auto repair and mechanic shops. Your phone rings your team first; when a call is not answered, our voice agent answers in your shop’s name, assists the caller, captures details, and books appointments. Depending on your plan, the Service may also include a customer dashboard/CRM, reporting, and a website. Features may change over time.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Free trial

We may offer a free trial (currently 30 days, no card required). We may modify or discontinue trials at any time. If you continue after the trial, the applicable plan fees apply.

4. Fees, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month with no long-term contract. Pricing, including any promotional or sale pricing and any setup fees, is shown on our pricing page and may change; we will provide notice of changes that affect your plan. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Once your setup has begun, all fees are non-refundable. There is no long-term commitment — you may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by using it for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or abusive purpose; reselling or sublicensing the Service without our permission; interfering with or disrupting the Service; or attempting to access systems or data you are not authorized to access.

7. Automated technology; no guarantee of outcomes

The voice agent uses automated and AI-based technology to handle calls. While we work to make it accurate and helpful, it may not handle every call perfectly and is not a substitute for emergency services — callers with emergencies should contact 911 or appropriate authorities. We do not guarantee any specific number of calls answered, jobs booked, revenue, uptime, or other results. Figures shown on our website reflect past results from specific shops and are not a promise of future performance.

8. Intellectual property and your data

We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, and content; these Terms do not grant you any ownership in it. You retain ownership of your business data and the customer information you provide or that is captured for your shop. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use that data as needed to provide and improve the Service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on or integrates with third-party providers (for example, telephony, AI/voice, payment processing, email, and cloud storage). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ShopLine and its owners, employees, and providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopLine from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right, including call-recording or consent requirements.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; sections that by their nature should survive (such as fees owed, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

14. Governing law

AVM Enterprises LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
